This blackbird is made from solid silver and has an 18ct gold heart detail on the wing. It has an oxidised finish which gives it a blackend apearance. There is an irregular coin pearl hanging from the bird. 

The chain has several little seed pearls, two near the bird, two near the catch and one hanging on one side of the chain.

The bird measures approx. 25mm from the tip of its beak to the tail and approx. 25mm from the top of the loop to the base of the bird. The chain is 66cm (26") long and fastens with a handmade hook catch.
